About Mindbody Work

The world is a fast-moving place, and sometimes we leave parts of inner selves behind in our rush for success. Mindbody work is a practice in which you are supported and guided through navigating the larger stressors in your life, while welcoming in and recognizing more of the ever-present stillness. It doesn’t mean you have to sit still and meditate. It means that by bringing back all your energy to yourself, you’ll have more inner resources and focus to meet the demands of the world in your busy life.

Jami works in supportive ways with those who are up against high-stress or high-pressure lifestyles, such as those who find themselves in an environment where they have a public and prominent image. She has years of practice working with VIPs in a confidential space, and utilizes empathetic listening and stress release techniques, along with Mindbody practices in deeply supportive sessions with her clients.
